陈司翰（Victor Chen Sze Hon，1977年5月8日－），香港男歌手，也是女歌手陈慧琳的弟弟。最初签约EMI百代唱片，合约于2002年终止。2001年，陈司翰推出了首张同名专辑，专辑主打歌为《爱情最强》，其后亦于香港推出了《Listen·陈司翰》。在2002年到台湾发展，推出了《爱情主义》及《玉环》。
