集中竞价交易指的是证券交易所内进行证券买卖的一种交易方式,我国上交所、深交所均采用这一交易方式。一般来讲，是指二个以上的买方和二个以上的卖方通过公开竞价形式来确定证券买卖价格的情形。
试点上市商业银行应在证券交易所集中竞价交易系统进行规定业务范围内的债券现券交易。
