雅库茨克时间（俄语：Якутское время，简称YAKT）是俄罗斯的一个时区，以萨哈共和国首府雅库茨克（位于东九区）命名。雅库茨克时间比UTC早9个小时（UTC+9），比莫斯科时间早六个小时（MSK+6）。2011年3月前，雅库茨克时间为UTC+9（夏令时为UTC+10），2011年3月之后，变为UTC+10。2014年10月26日，俄罗斯全境结束夏令时，恢复冬令时，雅库茨克时区于当地时间10月26日2:00倒拨一小时，重新变为UTC+9。
随着时间推移，雅库茨克已经变成了一个真正的城市，有酒店、电影院、歌剧院、大学和披萨外送的服务，甚至还有了一个动物园。
