附睾管系附睾的主要组织结构。为不规则的迂曲小管，长约6cm，盘居于睾丸上方，供睾丸输出管与睾丸相连，向后上方移行于输精管。附睾管的管腔整齐，上皮较厚，属于假复层柱状纤毛上皮。此管有分泌功能，可营养精子，并使精子继续分化成熟。
结论小鼠附睾管egfr表达具有区段差异性。
