附分，经穴名。出《针灸甲乙经》。属足太阳膀胱经。手、足太阳之会。在背部，当第2胸椎棘突下，旁开3寸。布有第一、二胸神经后支的外侧皮支、肩胛背神经，颈横动脉降支及肋间动、静脉后支的外侧支。主治肩背拘紧，颈项强痛，肘臂麻木等。斜刺0.5—0.8寸。
