阿是穴，穴位分类名，又名不定穴、天应穴、压痛点。这类穴位一般都随病而定，多位于病变的附近，也可在与其距离较远的部位，没有固定的位置和名称。它的取穴方法就是以痛为腧，即人们常说的“有痛便是穴”。临床上医生根据按压式病人有酸、麻、胀、痛、重等感觉和皮肤变化而予以临时认定。
