阴黄由寒湿所致，起病缓，病程长，黄色晦黯如烟熏，脘闷腹胀，畏寒神疲，口淡不渴，舌淡白，苔白腻，脉濡缓或沉迟，一般病情缠绵，不易速愈。分寒湿阻遏型，肝郁血瘀型，脾虚血亏型。 中医所指的阴黄．是阴盛寒重，平素脾阳不足，湿从寒化而致寒湿为患．寒湿阻滞．淤滞肝胆．胆失常道 其临床特点为：黄色晦暗如烟熏；发病较慢、病程较长；无发热．口不渴．口淡无味；大便不实或溏，小便色黄不利；舌质淡．舌苔白腻或白滑；脉象见沉迟、沉迟、弦细。其病理性质为阴寒虚证。
目的：探讨阴黄证血浆内毒素水平以及内毒素血症在阴黄证肝损伤发病机制中的作用。
Objective: to investigate the plasma levels of endotoxin in rats with Yin jaundice syndrome and its effects on the pathogenesis of hepatic injury.
结论：内毒素血症为阴黄证常见并发症，内毒素血症在阴黄证肝损伤发病中具有重要作用。
