中医针灸穴位之一，隶属任脉。[定位] 在下腹部，前正中线上，当脐中下1寸。
目的与方法考察三阴交穴主治的形成及演变。
Purpose and Method Review the formation and evolution of indications of point Sanyinjiao.
结果：针刺三阴交穴对正常大鼠针刺二组食量、体重变化率有明显影响；
Results: The appetite and the body weight of each group was increased obviously after electroacupuncture on Sanyinjiao in the normal and functional gastrointestinal disorder (FGID) rats.
