防焦剂：防止橡胶胶料在加工过程中产生早期硫化现象的物质。一般包括亚硝基化合物（如N-亚硝基二苯胺等）、有机酸类（如苯甲酸、邻苯二甲酸酐等）和硫代亚酰胺类(如N-环已基硫代邻苯二甲酰亚胺)等。常用的有草酸、琥珀酸、乳酸、邻苯二甲酸酐、水杨酸、苯甲酸、油酸等，其中以邻苯二甲酸酐、水杨酸使用较多。但这些物质影响成品的物理机械性能，不宜多用。近年出现的新型防焦剂CTP（N-环己基硫代邻苯二甲酰胺）有优良的防焦效果，通过常握用量，可有效地控制焦烧时间。
