间歇性跛行（intermittent claudication）指患者从开始走路，或走了一段路程以后(一般为数百米左右)，出现单侧或双侧腰酸腿痛，下肢麻木无力，以至跛行，但蹲下或坐下休息片刻后，症状可以很快缓解或消失，仍可继续行走，再走一段时间后，上述过程和状态再度出现。治疗酌情采用保守疗法或手术治疗。
(一)症状 主要和典型的症状是间歇性跛行(intermittent claudication)和静息痛；肢体运动后引发局部疼痛、紧束、麻木或无力，停止运动后即缓解为其特点。
