间接凝集反应是将可溶性抗原（或抗体）先吸附或偶联与免 疫无关的，大小合适的颗粒状载体表面，使 之形成致敏颗粒，然后与相应抗体反应（抗 原）作用，在适宜的电解质存在条件下，出 现特异性的凝集现象，称为间接凝集反应。常用的载体颗粒有人o型红细胞、绵羊红 细胞、乳胶颗粒等。如载体颗粒是红细胞，称间接血凝试验；若为乳胶颗粒，则称为乳 胶凝集试验。（丁梅）
