（portal cirrhosis），旧称雷奈克（Laennec）肝硬变，相当于小结节型肝硬变。为各型肝硬变中最常见者。本病在欧美因长期酗酒者引起多见（酒精性肝硬变），在我国及日本，病毒性肝炎则可能是其主要原因（肝炎后肝硬变）。
