镇定，推拿手法名。见《中医正骨经验概述》。在使用分筋或理筋等手法结束名，保持手法的短暂静止状态，以巩固和加强其展筋定痛等作用的手法。操作方法有两种：一是用手指和手掌静压在患处片刻。一是用手握住患部肢体的远端，将患部固定在有利于恢复的姿势。
