镀锡钢板俗称马口铁（ SPTE），是指表面镀有一薄层金属锡的冷轧薄钢板。有一定的强度和硬度，成型性好又易焊接，锡层无毒无味，且表面光亮，锡主要起防止腐蚀与生锈的作用。按生产工艺分为热镀锡钢板和电镀锡钢板。常用的罐头瓶或饮料罐等就是用镀锡板做的。
