锤状趾，望文生义即像足趾看起来像锤子。锤状趾一般是指足趾近侧趾间关节曲屈挛缩，跖趾关节保持过伸状态，并有时伴有脱位、远端趾间关节中立或背伸的一种畸形（如图一）；好发于除拇趾外的其余4趾，多发于第2趾，可累及足趾的3个关节即跖趾关节、近侧趾间关节、远侧趾间关节。
