锡冶炼工人在锡烟尘浓度9.362mg/m3环境中工作，有锡尘肺发生。临床上少有咳嗽、咳痰、胸闷等症状，多数患者无肺功能改变。胸部X线片典型表现为两肺野广泛分布的成簇状圆形或类圆形小斑点状阴影，似分瓣的小桂花朵，但彼此不融合，其直径可达3～5mm，密度高，边缘锐利。肺门常无扩大。
