铝硅合金（aluminium silicon alloy）是一种以铝、硅为主成分的锻造和铸造合金， 一般含硅量为11%，同时加入少量铜、铁、镍以提高强度，密度约为2.6～2.7g/cm3，导热系数约为101～126W/(m·℃)，杨氏模量为71.0GPa，冲击值约为7～8.5J，疲劳极限为±45MPa。 AI-Si合金由于质量轻、导热性能好，又具有一定强度、硬度以及耐蚀性能，因此，在汽车工业及机器制造业中广泛用来制作一些滑动摩擦条件下使用的零件。
