植株生长势一般，抽生匍匐茎能力强，株型开张，叶色浓绿，花序发生量大，易座果，果实圆锥形，果实色泽鲜红，有光泽，果肉红色，香味浓而甜，果实含糖量最高可达14%，果实硬度明显超过丰香，在冬季低温条件下着色比丰香充分，抗病能力耐贮力均比丰香强, 平均单果重29克，最大单果重70克，一般亩产在1500公斤左右，是鲜食加工兼用促成栽培优良品种。
