重整计划，是指由重整人制定的，以维持债务人继续营业、谋求债务人复兴为目的，以清理债权债务关系为内容的多方协议。重整计划名为计划，实际是一个协议。 重整计划的特征：（1）以企业拯救和债务公平清偿为目的；（2）由管理人或债务人负责制备；（3）应依据企业的财务状况和营业前景，确定以让步为基础的债务清偿方案，并确定有助于企业解困复兴的经营方案；（4）一般需征得债权人会议的同意；（5）需经法院批准，方可生效。
今年6月，作为其“重整计划”（Turnaround Plan）的一部分，法国航空公司宣布计划于今年年内裁员5100人，以求减低成本并恢复增长。两个多月后，法航公布了新一轮裁员计划。
