图书出版者重印、再版作品的，应当通知著作权人，并支付报酬。
The book publisher shall notify, and pay remuneration to, the copyright owner when the work is to be reprinted or republished.
出版时间超过十年且无再版或者重印的图书，不适用本规定。
To those books that were published ten years ago and have not been republished or reprinted, these Provisions may not be applicable.
