基本思想是实现按计划准时生产，减少库存，提高 生产效率，满足生产的连续性要求，降低采购成本(procurement cost)。这里的采购是指 广义的采购(purchasing, outsourcing)，包括确定物料需求，选择供货商和考虑库存的问 题。
