酶组织化学（Enzyme Histochemistry）是利用组织细胞内酶具有催化某种反应的特性来检测酶活性。一般是利用冻结或固定的切片，在一定的条件下（具有酶的底物等）全酶进行催化作用，产生一种可见产物，沉淀在酶所在的部位，最终通过显微镜对酶的活性进行定位或定量研究。 酶组织化学的显色原理 酶组织化学的显色原理是将组织切片置于含有特异性底物的溶液中孵育，底物经酶的作用形成初级反应产物，它再与某种捕获剂结合，形成显微镜下可见的沉淀物。
