Objective: to investigate the safety and feasibility of partial splenectomy in radical gastrectomy for gastric cancer.
结果单纯脾修补术12例，不规则脾部分切除术16例，规则性脾部分切除术4例，均获得成功。
Results 12 cases received simple splenorrhaphy, 16 irregular partial splenectomy and 4 cases regular partial splenectomy.
