邓聚龙（1933年1月—2013年6月），出生于湖南涟源。华中科技大学控制科学与工程系教授，博士生导师。兼任英国灰色系统期刊 （JOURNAL OF GREY SYSTEM）主编，荷兰国际期刊（Fuzzy Sets & Systems）以及罗马尼亚、德国等国期刊编委。
