沙漠地区利用遥感图象解译是确定沙漠地貌与工程地质现象的有效手段之一,可减少野外工作量。提高工作效率和成果质量。遥感图象的解译工作应先于工程地质测绘,并贯穿工作的全过程,使其成为设计编写,野外工作布置,室内资料整理和报告编写等工作的组成部分。通常应用的遥感资料是航摄象片和卫星图象。应尽量选用不同时间,不同波段的遥感图象。为适应专题研究需要,应搜集不同时期的航、卫片,或者专门飞行拍摄,并将航摄象片和卫星图象应用结合起来。
