机械化造型线是批量生产铸造企业进行机械化改造较理想的选择设备。它具有投资少、见效快、降低劳动强度，提高铸件质量，且易掌握，好管理维护等特点。此种造型线采用气动微震造型机（可采用多台造型机）造型，铸型输送机转动铸型进行浇注和冷却。工人通过气吊搬运砂箱和砂型，以及下芯、落箱、合箱、浇注环轨，落砂机，回箱输送辊道，砂箱等。若造型线可实现砂箱统一和滚道起模，整个造型段可通过滚道和各种造型辅机（推箱机、捅箱机、分箱机、砂箱转向机、翻箱机等）联接。此种造型线操作更方便快捷，布置更规范。
