通剂， 方剂学名词。系十剂之一。用通利药物组成，具有通行气血作用的方剂。通可去滞，如通草，防己之类。通是通利，滞是留滞之证。如产后气血壅盛，乳汁不下，宜通草、漏芦等药以通窍下乳。又加湿痹由于湿邪留滞，四肢缓弱，皮肤不仁，天阴雨时身体沉重酸痛，宜防已、威灵仙等药去留滞的湿邪。
