逐水 运用具有峻烈泻水作用的药物组方，以攻逐水饮的治法。又称峻下逐水。属下法。适用于腹水、胸胁积水等实证。常用甘遂、大戟、芫花、商陆、牵牛子、葶苈子等药物组成方剂，代表方剂有十枣汤、控涎丹等。逐水常与行气、利水等法配合使用，方如舟车丸、疏凿饮子等。临床上具体使用逐水法时应注意以下两方面：①本法所用药物多有毒性，作用峻烈，为避免伤正，须得效即止，不可连续使用，必要时可间隔使用，或从小剂量逐渐加大剂量，以患者的耐受力为度。②甘遂、大戟、芫花忌与甘草同用。
