透疹，治法之一。即透泄疹毒，使疹子容易发出的治法。凡出疹子的病，在应出而未出或疹出不畅时，可采用辛凉透表一类的药物，使它顺利透出，不致发生变证，多用于麻疹初期的证治。常用药物如薄荷、荆芥、连翘、蝉蜕、牛蒡、葛根、桔梗之类。
