适应现象（adaptation），生理学名词，是由感官适应性引起的感觉变化现象。 简而言之就是指感官在同一种刺激作用一段时间后，感官对刺激产生反应的灵敏度下降，感觉变弱的现象。一般适应的程度与刺激的强度成正比，在外界强烈刺激去除后，感官的灵敏度会逐渐恢复。通常感觉产生适应越快，其灵敏度恢复得就越快。
