连拳又称八番手、子母拳、子母连拳。是一种古老的拳术。据传为南宋岳飞所创，故又称岳氏连拳。连拳流传在中国北方各省，以北京、河北的保定、博野等地最为广泛；甘、宁、青三省亦有流传。由于地域及流传不同，其内容也各有别异。
