载货清单（Manifest），亦称“舱单”。船方或其代理人对全船所载货物编造的清单。在对外贸易中它是向海关报关时必须交验的单据之一。 是一份按卸货港顺序逐票列明全船实际载运货物的明细表。它是在货物装船完毕后，由船公司的代理人根据大副收据或提单编制的，编妥后再送交船长签认。

承运人向海关交验进境汽车载货清单和随附单证，由海关办理运输工具核销手续。
