软对策论(Soft Game Theory)，软对策既研究偏好固定时的情形，又研究其动态演变过程，使冲突中的静、动态特性得到了有机统一。软对策论将整个对策过程在纵向上划分为三个层次；第一个层次为框架(frame)，它是对策的基本单元；第二个层次为对策周期(episode)，它是由多个相互联系的框架组成；第三个层次为软对策(dra— ma)，它是由多个相互联系的对策周期组成。
考虑到现有软对策分析中对局中人偏好调整方向不够明确的缺点，提出了个体偏好偏差的概念，使得该问题得到较好的解决。
