车梁（？-？）山西永宁人。明朝官员、进士出身。 弘治三年，登进士，授监察御史。弘治十五年，因条列时政，称东厂、锦衣卫有所获盗，后下法司，法司不敢平反。之後下诏狱，被给事中御史交相上疏论救得释，官至汉阳府知府[1]。
