足三里穴，是“足阳明胃经”的主要穴位之一，位于小腿外侧，犊鼻下3寸，犊鼻与解溪连线上，浅层布有腓肠外侧皮神经。深层有胫前动、静脉的分支或属支。主治胃肠病证，下肢痿痹，神志病，外科疾患，虚劳诸证。操作方法为直刺1~2寸。
