赣语，是中国汉语七大方言之一， 使用人口多数在江西省境内，主要分布在赣江中下游、抚河流域及鄱阳湖流域以及周边、湘东和闽西北、皖西南、鄂东南和湘西南等地区。另外在浙江、陕西还有少数赣语方言岛。 使用赣语的人口约5148万左右。赣语可分为九片语片。赣语以南昌话、抚州话、宜春话等为代表。赣语内部各方言之间的互通程度较高。 赣语一般有4-7个声调。赣语南昌话共有19个声母，韵母可分为“开韵尾”、“闭韵尾”、“促韵尾”三类，共67个韵母。
