贾公彦，生卒不详，唐州永年（今河北邯郸市永年区）人。唐朝儒家学者、经学家、“三礼学"学者。官至太常博士，撰有《周礼义疏》五十卷。贾公彦精通《三礼》，《周礼义疏》即是由其负责编撰。他选用郑玄注本十二卷，汇综诸家经说，扩大为《义疏》五十卷，体例上仿照《五经正义》。《仪礼义疏》也是由贾公彦等编撰，采用北齐黄庆、隋朝李孟愆两家之疏，定为今本，依郑玄之注。
“与生人相对偶，有似于人”，贾公彦对“象人”的解释贯通古今。
