贵要静脉系上肢的浅静脉之一。在前臂的尺侧。此静脉接受尺侧的血液后，逐渐从手背转至前臂的屈侧，在肘窝处接受肘正中静脉，沿肱二头肌内侧向上，约在上臂中点处穿过固有筋膜注入肱静脉或伴肱静脉上行注入腋静脉。临床常采用此静脉进行穿刺输血、补液、抽血检验等。
