  GER model group rats were prepared model by adopting partial pyloric ligation plus cardiomyotomy(GER1) in 9 rats firstly, because of the high postoperative death rate(8/9)then reformed to adopt esophageal fundus anastomosis(GER2) in 20 rats.

  GER模型组先采用幽门部分缝扎+贲门肌切开术制备模型9只(GER1),因术后1周内死亡8只而放弃。 后改行食管胃底吻合术制备模型20只(GER2)。
