诺氟沙星（Norfloxacin，又名Noroxin、Fulgram），别名：力醇罗、氟哌酸、淋克星。其化学名为1-乙基-6-氟-1,4-二氢-4-氧代-7-(1-哌嗪基)-3-喹啉羧酸。本品为第三代喹诺酮类抗菌药，会阻碍消化道内致病细菌的DNA旋转酶（DNA Gyrase）的作用，阻碍细菌DNA复制，对细菌有抑制作用。是治疗肠炎痢疾的常用药。但此药对未成年人骨骼形成有延缓作用，会影响到发育。故禁止未成年人服用。
本实验利用非β双酮化合物诺氟沙星(NFLX)作为配体，研究了其它稀土对Eu3+络合物荧光的增强作用，建立了灵敏的Eu3+分析方法，并用于包头标准稀土矿样的分析。
