买方同意并承认该等费用是合理正当的。
Buyer agrees and acknowledges such payments are reasonable and justified.
该等费用应预先收取，并发出杂项收据认收款项。
These charges are to be collected in advance by means of Miscellaneous Receipt.
购买方有权从其在本合同项下应支付给供应方的款项中直接扣除该等费用。
