询问笔录（record of question），又称“询问证人笔录”，是司法人员在刑事诉讼活动中，就询问证人、被害人的过程及内容所作的文字记录。询问笔录可以作为证据使用。法律规定，询问证人、被害人应当制作笔录。
调查人员询问或检查，应当出示海事行政执法证件，并制作询问笔录或检查笔录。
