访谈法（interview）又称晤谈法，是指通过访员和受访人面对面地交谈来了解受访人的心理和行为的心理学基本研究方法。因研究问题的性质、目的或对象的不同，访谈法具有不同的形式。根据访谈进程的标准化程度，可将它分为结构型访谈和非结构型访谈。访谈法运用面广，能够简单而叙述地收集多方面的工作分析资料，因而深受人们的青睐。
