认诺,即义务人在特殊诉讼时效进行中直接向权利人作出同意履行义务的意思表示。基于义务人认诺所承担的义务，使双方当事人之间的权利义务关系重新得以明确，特殊诉讼时效自此中断，并即时重新起算。认诺的方式有多种多样，包括部分清偿、请求延期给付、支付利息、提供履行担保等。
