访谈是管理咨询获取信息的一个常用方法。咨询顾问通过与客户组织中各类人员的接触谈话，能够获取客户组织的重要的主观问题，被访谈的人也感到他们在为项目作贡献。访谈过程是一个耗费时间的过程，需要巧妙周全的构建，访谈之前要做好充分的准备，包括材料准备、思想准备等。也是应用写作研究的重要文体之一。一共分四块，第一块，典型问题；第二块，回答原则；第三部分，回答实例。最后一部分是艰难/模糊的问题的回答。
