目的：建立人角膜缘干细胞体外培养模型； 探讨单眼角膜缘干细胞缺陷患者自体角膜缘干细胞体外培养后再移植的临床疗效。
Objective To construct the model of human limbal stem cells culture in vitro and evaluate the effect of autologous limbal stem cells transplantation treating with unilateral ocular surface disease.
