角膜变性是一组少见的进展缓慢的变性性疾病，多于20~30岁时双眼发病，引起角膜变性的原发病，通常为眼部炎症性疾病，少部分原因未明，但与遗传无关。营养不良指与遗传因素相关的原发性、具有病理组织学特征的组织改变。
