规模报酬（Returns to scale）是指在其他条件不变的情况下，企业内部各种生产要素按相同比例变化时所带来的产量变化。规模报酬分析的是企业的生产规模变化与所引起的产量变化之间的关系。企业只有在长期内才能变动全部生产要素，进而变动生产规模，因此企业的规模报酬分析属于长期生产理论问题
