西堠门大桥（Xihoumen Bridge）是中国浙江省舟山市境内的跨海大桥，位于西堠门水道之上，是甬舟高速公路（国家高速G9211）组成部分之一，也是“舟山跨海大桥”项目的重要组成部分。 西堠门大桥于2005年5月20日动工兴建； 于2007年12月16日完成合龙工程； 于2009年12月25日通车运营。 西堠门大桥南起穆东线，上跨西堠门水道，北至金山路；线路全长5.452千米，桥梁总长2.588千米；桥面为双向四车道高速公路，设计速度80千米/小时。
