袁高（728-787年），字公颐，号旭山，沧州东光（今河北省东光县）人。唐朝时期大臣，中书令袁恕己之孙。 进士及第，累迁监察御史，浙江团练判官。唐代宗登极，入为给事中、御史中丞。唐德宗即位，历任金部员外郎、右司郎中，擢御史中丞、京畿观察使。为奸相卢杞所忌，贬为韶州长史，迁湖州刺史。贞元元年冬，入为给事中，坚决反对卢杞复位和征用耕牛。 贞元三年，卒于任上，时年六十岁。唐宪宗即位，追赠礼部尚书。
